Flirt Skirt - Black
Flirt Skirt - Black
A workout skirt that checks all the boxes!
The Flirt Skirt sits above the knee and is the perfect length without it being too short. Wear it to tennis with the Boxy Tee or use it as a swim skirt come summer. It's perfect with the Bike Shorts underneath, too. The recycled fabric dries quickly and retains its shape no matter how wet it gets. This is a perfect transitional piece you'll never want to leave home without.
Ethically and Sustainably Made in Los Angeles
There are so many reasons to love the Flirt Skirt, but the #1 reason is that it's made from recycled plastic bottles! Wondering how discarded plastic water bottles become an active skirt? First, they’re broken down, then they’re spun into new yarns that then become this super stylish and ultra-comfortable Flirt Skirt. Recycled polyester creates a silky, soft fabric that doesn’t pill, no matter how many times you wash it. Not only does this active skirt look and feel great, but it also does good for the planet!
Sizing, Fit, and Fabric Information
The Flirt Skirt is high-waisted, above the knee-length, and tends to run small. When in doubt, size up! This women’s sports skirt fits straight until the hips then flares out into a subtle a-line shape. The waistband is 4" wide and lies comfortably at the belly button, tight enough to hold you in but loose enough to allow for all kinds of movement throughout the day without feeling too tight.
79% Recycled Polyester, 21% Spandex
Upcycling requires a lot less water and energy than buying new and recycling. It decreases textile waste, pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions. Overall, the practice of upcycling clothes lowers the demand for new clothing production, which is extremely wasteful and destructive for people and the planet.

What is "Deadstock"?
Basically, any leftover fabric that is not being used. This can be untouched rolls of fabric, cut up fabric, or damaged fabric.
Nonetheless, it typically sits in a warehouse before it is thrown into landfills where it can take a life time to decompose, emitting harmful greenhouses gases as it does.
Also known by a few names, with “overstock”, “surplus fabric”, and “remnant” being the most common.
